The Ireland Business Resilience Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all business resilience activities. The successful candidate will refine, organize, and lead all aspects of the Ireland risk and resilience program, including business continuity management and security risk management.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
* Lead all aspects of the program, including vision and strategy, business impact assessments, risk assessments, training, and drills.
* Build and organize risk and resilience workstreams.
* Develop a business continuity management framework to identify risks.
* Identify and track critical systems for continued business operations in the event of a disaster.
* Work cross-functionally with senior leadership and various teams to coordinate Disaster Recovery exercises.
* Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and metrics.
* Own process-based remediation items identified in exercises.
* Maintain compliance with all standards and regulations.
* Acquire knowledge of international laws impacting program implementation.
* Develop the business resilience process to incorporate new asset classes (crypto).
* Execute regular business continuity testing processes.
* Provide cross-border/pan European support.

* Experience building relationships with regulators.
Nice to haves:
* Experience in a multinational or US-headquartered business.
* Experience with retail-oriented payments, trading, or brokerage platforms.
* Interest in the crypto/blockchain space.
