4. Properly handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment.
5. Replenish product in the seafood cases, rotating product and ensuring code dating procedures are followed to provide only the freshest product for sale.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the department and work area, including the back room.
7. Assist in maintaining seafood cooler and freezer efficiency by unloading deliveries.
8. Rotate and check code dates on products to ensure customer safety.
