Graduate Lab Systems Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Lab Systems Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale project with cutting-edge technology.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of laboratory systems and processes.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Implement Maximo in QC laboratories at the Dublin site.
2. Create and maintain master data/static data in lab systems BIOVIA LES (Laboratory Execution System) and CIMS (Consumable Inventory Management System), ensuring timely completion of laboratory testing activities and business/project timelines.
3. Review change controls associated with lab systems, assess system impact, and develop appropriate change actions to support implementation, including interfacing systems.
4. Execute and document change control or verify changes executed by a team member within the lab system.
5. Review method/specification changes and collaborate with SMEs to assess impact on lab systems data setup.
6. Standardise lab systems through dry runs, receive feedback from lab users when required, and contribute to identifying opportunities for standardisation.
