Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Act as the lead point of contact for high-profile clients, developing and nurturing long-term relationships.Understand clients' business needs and provide proactive, strategic advice to help them achieve their goals.Lead client meetings and presentations, offering insights and solutions that align with client objectives.Strategic Development and Execution:Develop and oversee the implementation of advertising strategies tailored to clients’ needs, objectives, and budgets.Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, digital) to ensure the delivery of integrated campaigns across platforms (TV, digital, print, out-of-home, etc.).Ensure all campaigns are aligned with client KPIs and deliver measurable results.Team Leadership and Mentorship:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support.Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.Support your team in managing day-to-day client demands and expectations.Financial Management:Oversee the budgeting process for all accounts, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget and on time.Monitor and manage account profitability, working with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and reporting.Ensure resource allocation is efficient, and identify opportunities to optimise costs.Business Development and Account Growth:Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts, upselling services where applicable.Work with the business development team to pitch and win new clients or projects.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to offer clients innovative solutions.Campaign Oversight and Quality Control:Ensure that all campaign deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with client expectations.Provide constructive feedback to internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement.Oversee the day-to-day implementation of campaigns, managing potential challenges and ensuring timely execution.Reporting and Analytics:Lead the analysis and reporting of campaign performance, providing clients with clear insights and recommendations.Work with the team to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), using data to optimise future campaigns.Required Skills and Experience:Experience: At least 7 years of experience in account management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role in an advertising agency or similar environment.Industry Expertise: Proven experience in managing large, complex advertising accounts and multi-channel campaigns.Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present at senior levels and build rapport with clients.Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset, able to think ahead and provide clients with creative, effective solutions to their challenges.Client-Centric: A client-focused approach, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns that exceed client expectations.Project Management: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met.Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern marketing technologies, project management tools, and analytics platforms.Desirable Skills:Experience working with large brands or multinational clients.A good understanding of digital advertising, social media, and emerging technologies in marketing.Experience in business development and securing new clients or projects.Working Environment:Fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and innovation.Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, industry events, or conferences.Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office and
