Junior Pilot Recruitment Officer
We are seeking a junior recruiter with 1+ year's experience to join our Pilot Recruitment function at Ryanair, Europe's Largest Airline Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and conduct Pilot Assessments in various locations across Europe.
* Manage the A-Z Pilot Recruitment process and application database.
* Organise and attend pilot roadshows and networking events.
* Act as the key point of contact for all candidates and stakeholders including our partner flight schools.
* Gather market intelligence and ensure Ryanair is promoted as an employer of choice.
* Work closely with Ryanair's Flight Operations and Training department to deliver on agreed targets.
Requirements:
* 1 + years Recruitment or HR experience (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Good organisational and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Efficient at multi-tasking.
* Flexibility to travel extensively.
