Red Chair Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Meetings and Events Coordinator for our client, a 4* hotel based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
Your main responsibility will be to work with the meetings and events team to ensure the smooth coordination of events across the hotel.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of Meetings and Events experience within 4*/5* hotel environments is essential for this role.
2. Experience organizing and overseeing large weddings, conferences, and functions while ensuring the highest standard of service.
3. Work closely with other departments regarding all aspects of conferences and banqueting.
4. Oversee the smooth operation of all meetings, functions, and conferences in the hotel.
5. Must be computer literate with experience in hotel CRMs Hotsoft and Excel.
Package On Offer:
1. Competitive salary of €35,000 – €40,000 per annum depending on experience.
2. Free parking and meals included on duty.
