The Company:

Role Overview:
The Client Accounts Coordinator is responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to account holders, managing queries with professionalism and ensuring accurate account administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client queries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and confidentiality.
2. Process daily cash receipts, journal entries, and payments to third-party invoices.
3. Distribute monthly prizemoney and assist with credit control on overdue accounts.
4. Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
5. Maintain accurate client account records and perform bank and journal reconciliations.
6. Liaise with industry bodies and support the processing of non-payer foal levies.
7. Participate in audits, reconciliations, and ad hoc projects as required.
Skills & Experience:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to adapt to new systems.
3. Proven organisational skills with experience in a fast-paced office environment.
4. Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
5. Knowledge or interest in the racing industry is a bonus but not essential.
The Offer:
1. Base salary of between €32,000 - €35,000 DOE.
