Key Responsibilities Perform procurement, equipment acceptance, and report regularly on project status.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver right-first-time project deployment.Strong communication skills to convey project goals and progress to stakeholders.Support project participants to overcome obstacles when needed.Responsible for performance metrics related to budget, schedule, scope, and quality.Knowledge of automation and systems projects is advantageous.Essential Skill Set Project Management Skills: Planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget control.Leadership & Team Management: Team leadership, conflict resolution, and communication.Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking and decision-making.Stakeholder Management: Engagement and negotiation with stakeholders.Quality Assurance: Quality control and continuous improvement.Essential Requirements Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent Engineering.5+ years in project management.Knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environments.Strong communication skills and focus on delivering project success.
