We have immediate vacancies for a motivated Site Agent / Project Manager(s) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* To lead the project team in the successful delivery of the project, ensuring compliance with the contract requirements, and all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
* Stakeholder management and acting as main point of contact with 3rd parties including the client, specialists, regulatory bodies, utility companies and the general public etc.
* Proficiency in programme management (MS Project), progress reports, technical queries, registers, and attendance at site meetings.
* Thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements and experience in managing the site safety file, including method statements, risk assessments, site inductions, and toolbox talks etc.
* Astute commercial awareness and oversight in conjunction with the project quantity surveyor.
* Labour/subcontractor coordination and management.
* Material procurement.
* Experience in the coordination of temporary works and traffic management would be an advantage.
* Ensuring a thorough and appropriate record keeping regime is maintained on site.
Requirements:
* Primary degree in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent professional qualification.
* Chartered status, or commitment to achieve chartered status (desirable).
* 5 years + relevant experience.
* Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Broad knowledge and experience of relevant industry standards, specifications, regulations, contract documents, and works methodologies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full clean Irish/EU driving licence.
* Ambition, self-motivation, and initiative.
