We are recruiting for a Dutch Inbound Customer Care Agent in Dundalk. This role is perfect for someone with some Customer Contact experience, particularly from Hospitality or Retail!
Your new challenge
* You will solve issues from customers via phone or email.
* You might have some sales opportunities to maximize.
What we are looking for in you
* A little bit of Customer Contact experience, ideally from Hospitality or Retail.
* Friendly, enthusiastic telephone personality.
* Good PC skills.
* If you are junior, you will work from the office in Dundalk; if you have more than 1 year experience in B2B Sales or Customer Support, you will work remotely in Ireland.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.

* Salary of €24,000-25,000 per year with weekly bonuses (bonus amount to be determined).
