Front Office Administrator – Charles R Wynne Ltd

Charles R Wynne Ltd, a long-established and leading agri-business, is currently seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Front Office Administrator to join our team in Belan, Co. Kildare.
This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone with strong communication and administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy, dynamic environment. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initial point of contact with customers, suppliers, and visitors
2. Manage sales and purchasing transactions, including processing orders, weighings, handling payments, issuing receipts, and taking samples
3. Managing incoming and outgoing calls with customers and suppliers – dealing with inquiries and/or passing to the relevant person/team
4. General administrative duties to support daily operations, including but not limited to cash reconciliation, filing, production logs, inventory reports, etc.
5. Coordinating with transport on both logistics and collections
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front counter area
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in a front office or customer service role
2. Agri-sector knowledge is beneficial but not essential
3. Strong organisational skills
4. Confident with general IT tools and systems
5. Friendly and professional telephone manner
6. Ability to multitask and prioritise
7. Flexible and a team player
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday: alternating shifts
2. Week 1: 8:00am – 4:30pm
3. Week 2: 9:00am – 5:30pm
4. Every second Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00 noon
