Senior Data Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to support critical services for the Financial Investigations Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analysing data to derive meaningful insights and metrics for the squad and business unit.
* Collaborating closely with business partners and squad members throughout the entire data lifecycle.
* Developing and delivering high-quality BI dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Contributing to data model design to ensure actionable reporting.
* Supporting production requests while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Software, BIS, IT).
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis and BI projects, including requirements gathering and data interpretation.
* Proficiency in SQL for data query authoring and execution, with the ability to summarise and draw conclusions from data.
* Experience with Snowflake, including a solid understanding of data lifecycle and architecture.
* Strong skills in delivering actionable BI reporting, preferably with Power BI certification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across multi-functional teams.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
