Key Responsibilities

Review M&E design information and identify any gaps or coordination issues

Ensure timely release of M&E design information to support construction timelines

Manage and track M&E technical submittals, drawings, and approvals

Liaise with subcontractors to ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements

Assist with BCAR documentation and project handover processes
-
Ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to by M&E subcontractors
-
Maintain accurate project records, including minutes of meetings and RFI logs
-
Support the commercial team in reviewing subcontractor accounts and claims
What We're Looking For
-
3+ years' experience on large-scale construction or engineering projects
-
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or similar)
-
Solid understanding of construction methodologies and M&E systems
-
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills

Proficiency with BIM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and project software tools

Strong health & safety awareness
-
Previous experience in residential, commercial or mixed-use developments preferred
