We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prominent multisite contract catering company, seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to oversee health and safety compliance across multiple locations within the Dublin region and beyond.
As the Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites within the company adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will work closely with site managers and senior management to maintain a culture of safety, reduce risks, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards across various hospitality sites.
Our client is a leading contract catering company, managing operations across several sites in the Dublin region and surrounding areas. They provide high-quality catering services to a range of clients and are committed to maintaining the highest levels of health and safety in their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of Health & Safety and Food Safety & Allergen performance indicators
* Delivery of reactive interventions and operational support as required.
* Regular Health and Safety reviews for all regional venues completed Quarterly
* Annual Audit of all of your regional venues
* Reduction in Total Recordable Incident Frequency Rate (TRIFR) for Levy UK&I Year on Year
* Reduction in Food Safety Incident Rate (FSIR) for Levy UK&I Year on Year
* Food Hygiene Rating of Satisfactory in Republic of Ireland in venues
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager, preferably within the hospitality or catering sector.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation, regulations, and best practices.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and promote a positive safety culture.
* Ability to manage multiple sites and ensure consistency in health and safety practices.
* Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
* Minimum Level 4 Food Safety Management or equivalent
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Full driving license, with the ability to travel between sites as needed.
* Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
* Competitive salary of €70,000.
