Full Time Administration Roles
We are recruiting for a number of Full Time Administration roles in Limerick, Clare & North Tipperary.
About the Role
To provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and secretarial support.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation, checking & processing of data
* Processing information
* Clerical assistance
* File management
* Maintaining / updating records as required
* CORRESPONDENCE MANAGEMENT
* Preparation of reports often to tight deadlines
* SUPPORTING RESEARCH PROJECTS
* Any other administrative support as requested
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a busy office environment (6 months +)
* Ability to work as a member of a team and make positive contributions to that team
* Have an organised and methodical approach to work
* Ability to work in a customer focussed environment
* EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
* EXCELLENT TYPING SKILLS (MINIMUM 40WPM)
* Able to maintain confidentiality
* EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS INCLUDING WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, E-MAIL ETC.
