Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding technical support to Irish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products in a timely manner
* Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and manage complex technical concerns effectively
* Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system
* Participate in ongoing training to deepen your product knowledge and enhance support skills
* Offer suggestions to improve support processes and boost customer satisfaction
* Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members when needed
Requirements
* Fluency in Irish and English, both written and spoken
* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Prior experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
* A collaborative mindset with a strong passion for helping others
