Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Covalen, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Managed Services.
About the Role
This is a part-time opportunity, working 11am-3pm weekdays or 9am-5:30pm on weekends. The first 9 weeks will be full-time training from Monday to Friday, 9am-5:15pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner.
* Collate information from customers via telephone calls.
* Receive inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre and answer various questions.
* Ensure all customer records are up to date in accordance with CCMA/CPC regulations.
* Drive sales to achieve targets.
* Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both Regulated and Non-Regulated products.
Requirements
* Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
* Eager to learn and grow with Covalen.
* Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass background checks.
