Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all dining areas.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of F&B professionals, maintaining exceptional service standards.
* Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for all food and beverage operations.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to develop innovative menus and dining concepts.
* Ensure guest satisfaction with attention to detail in service delivery.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize costs and reduce waste.
* Comply with health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and quality standards.
* Create and execute F&B promotional strategies to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar senior role within a luxury 5-star or high-end hotel.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building successful teams.
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
