About the Role
This is a key hire for the business, offering exposure to local and global senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed financial analysis and provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
* Take a lead role in planning, coordinating, and executing the annual Standard Cost setting process.
* Maintain internal controls for inventory accounting and costing.
* Ensure accurate inventory costing for each stage of the manufacturing process.
* Involvement in global inventory reconciliation & reporting.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business and cross-functional teams at all levels.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on creating efficiencies across the finance function.
* Ad hoc duties and projects to support the growing needs of the business.
About the Person
We are seeking a qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE who has strong commercial acumen, customer centricity, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proven influencing abilities across all levels.
