Morgan McKinley, on behalf of our client, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Sales Engineer to manage sales efforts within a designated territory. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and working closely with internal teams to deliver technical solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a consultative approach, and the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
2. Manage a 12–24-month sales pipeline and meet/exceed targets.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
4. Work closely with internal teams and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
5. Maintain accurate forecasts and use CRM tools to track sales activity.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 3–4 years of technical sales experience, ideally in automation or engineering.
2. Strong ability to build relationships and close deals in a complex sales environment.
3. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or strong technical aptitude).
5. Willing to travel; valid driver’s license required.
