Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead a high-performing outbound BDR team. As the ideal candidate, you will guide your team to exceed monthly quotas and foster a culture of excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train, and support BDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics while hitting our strategic goals.
* Conduct 1:1s, providing guidance and motivation to ensure team members reach their full potential.
* Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and growth.
* Collaborate closely with peers in Business Development, Sales, and Sales Enablement to share best practices and optimize the customer experience.
* Enforce weekly scorecard reviews to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Your Profile:
* You must be based near Dublin and available to work in the office at least three days a week.
* Minimum one year of experience managing BDRs and a proven track record of over-performance as an Individual Contributor and Manager.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for training and development.
* Data-savvy with a focus on trend analysis and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
* Proficient in sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and Cognism.
* Detailed-oriented with a bias towards action and fluent in German and English.
