The Utilities Engineer will maintain and manage the day-to-day utilities systems, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance (PMs and CMs), day-to-day work orders, and compliance items are handled efficiently. This role will involve managing a team of facility/utility technicians (electrical, mechanical, and civil) and ensuring their workload is optimized. Responsibilities:Support safety investigations, risk assessment generation, and external contractor control.Maintain and manage daily utilities systems, including PMs, CMs, and day-to-day work orders from GMax.Utilize and manage the workload of facility/utility technicians (electrical, mechanical, and civil).Ensure all PMs are done correctly, compliance items are addressed, and any quality issues are followed up on.Follow the maintenance activity schedule and prioritize tasks.Focus on utilities systems, especially purified water and HVAC systems, as these are the most critical areas.Oversee technicians, ensuring reliability and forward planning.Qualifications:HVAC background or maintenance activity background is preferred.Strong management skills, capable of overseeing a team of technicians.Highly self-motivated, well-disciplined, and organized.Attention to detail and a strong inclination towards management.Excellent planning and reliability focus.
