Payment Specialist - Client Services Funds & Banking
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled banking professional to join our team as a Payment Specialist in Client Services Funds & Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving routine and complex client service issues in a thorough and expeditious manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve client inquiries related to cash deposits and withdrawals, position transfers, and account administrative functions via telephone, email, and online chat.
* Systematically follow-up on and resolve pending transfers, differences, and cash transfer-related issues.
* Coordinate activities with other local and international Customer Service divisions and interact with external departments on common issues.
Fundraising Knowledge Required:
* In-depth understanding of margin calculations, commission structures, interest rates, and fees.
* Knowledge of financial instruments, including stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, and fixed income.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and German, French, or Italian.
* Banking/commercial apprenticeship or university degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
* Experience in financial services (e.g., brokerage, banking, trading, exchange, or clearinghouse) preferred but not required.
