The work we do in SES enables best in class new product development and in this exciting role, you will work with the SES team and representatives across the OUs to plan the future needs of SES across labs, equipment to ensure we continue to deliver best in class services to our customers.This role is an onsite role, and the successful candidate is expected to be in the office 4-5 days per week.A Day in The Life Of:Build SES program schedules from first principles. Develop mechanisms for monitoring program progress and for intervention and problem solving with SES peers and cross OU stakeholders.Support in the development of and take an active role in tracking key metrics to monitor progress in critical areas of activity across SES and the CIC.Monitor multiple SES programs from concept through delivery and manage changing priorities through effective schedule management and deployment of Project Management methodologies.Support overall project management infrastructure (reporting, SES updates etc.).Support in the development of strategic SES roadmaps to first capture and then ensure capability to serve future needs of R&D.Communicate program risks, issues and decisions to SES senior manager and key stakeholders.Communicate SES updates across leadership forums through multiple communication mechanisms.Act as a representative of SES at internal and external engagements.Be a recognized expert in your role, manage multiple projects and activities across SES.Operate as role model by striving for continuous improvement and being an agent of change.Key Skills & ExperienceLevel 8 degree required in Engineering/Science or related discipline and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Medical device program management experience is required.Dynamic team member and leader who can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional, global teams.Excellent communication, organization, presentation & leadership skills.Experienced with MS project, MS Office and other PMO tools.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
