We are seeking talented Product Designers or Design Engineers with 5+ years of industry experience in designing electro-mechanical consumer devices. A growing portfolio of exciting client projects has created a rare opportunity to join a dynamic team based in Dublin, one of Europe's most vibrant and welcoming cities.

This position offers the chance to lead the design and development of innovative consumer products for high-profile clients. You'll focus on creating impactful designs for electro-mechanical devices, combining creativity, technical problem-solving, and client satisfaction. Experience with smart connected appliances or MedTech devices is also highly valued. Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative product concepts aligned with client requirements.
Create concept visuals through sketching, modeling, and digital tools.
Lead client presentations and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Design and prototype using 3D CAD tools, testing and validating designs.
Manage team members and collaborate with clients and suppliers.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.What We're Looking For:
Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field (additional skills like AI or UX/UI are a plus).
5+ years of product development experience, ideally in consultancy.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, KeyShot, Adobe Suite).
Passion for innovation and improving how things work.What's on Offer:
