As a Merchandiser, you will work closely with our Tactical Manager to achieve high visibility for all retail clients. Your primary focus will be on stock rotation and planogram compliance, seeking opportunities in-store to deliver results that meet CPM and Client standards, thereby contributing to sales growth across categories.
You will be expected to work independently and build strong relationships with store managers to achieve additional displays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Adhere to journey plans provided by your line manager.
* Ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines, with a strong emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space, and negotiating with Store Managers.
* Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity, and provide feedback in a timely manner.
* Maintain and rotate stock at all times, and highlight any short-dated stock to the Store Manager via XDA.
* Grow and maintain planogram space where possible.
* Ensure all products have correct SEL placement in front of the product.
* Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place.
* Capture before and after photographs using a handheld device.
* Liaise with the Store Manager prior to leaving to ensure they are satisfied with the completed work.
* Liaise with the Tactical Scheduler before and after each call.
* Build strong relationships with all parties to foster a collaborative team environment.
* Generate new ideas and innovative ways of working.
* Support all product launches and promotions across serviced brands.
* Maintain all CPM and client standards and policies.
* Consistently strive to achieve the highest standards of performance for customers.
* Operate efficiently and effectively to complete all tasks.
* Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
Requirements:
* A full clean driving license.
* Familiarity with technology.
