We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to support our specialist water filter clients.
This role involves working in a mix of field, office, and remote settings, serving as a trusted advisor to customers and fostering long-term profitable relationships.
You will report directly to the company directors and work full-time with a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities
* Identify new possibilities in existing and complementary sectors
* Support bid processes
* Proactively develop sales pipelines
* Manage strategic customer accounts
* Foster business growth with existing customers
* Recognize upsell opportunities
* Maintain customer relationships
* Monitor customer trends and demands
About You:
* At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development within an engineering or technical context
* Able to translate complex technical and business requirements
* Strong understanding of technical and product aspects
* Willingsness to travel for client site visits
