Head of Front Office Application Support opportunity with a global investment business based in Dublin 2. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days a week in-office.ResponsibilitiesDirect line management of Front Office and Client Service Support team (c15 people) providing technical support on in-house front office systems used for internal and external investments and trading.Oversee full cycle production issues from initial contact through to resolution, including root-cause analysis.Collaborate with development teams on complex issues and system enhancements.Analyze business requirements to advise on the best use of applications and systems.Requirements5+ years experience within the Investment / Asset Management industry is essential.Commercial experience in Investment / Asset Management industry including experience with Front Office applications.Line management experience of technical teams of 10 – 20 people.Previous customer-facing technical support experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience with Jira and Confluence (desirable).Remuneration90-100K starting salary.15-20% performance bonus.10% pension contribution.Health insurance.27 days AL.Hybrid working (2 days in office).Skills:Manager, Investment, Front Office
