Our FS Client is working on a large scale enterprise programme and looking for a senior test candidate with a strong financial services/banking background.
This is a large enterprise scale, business critical digital programme which will transform how this organisation operates on a day to day basis.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in testing, 5+ years in Test Management working on large scale enterprise programs within Financial Services / Banking.
You must have excellent leadership skills to drive the outcomes with:
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills and interpersonal skills
* Strong IT SI/Partner skills – challenge them and ensure everything is delivered on time and within budget
* Communications - Provides regular updates (including steering committee) on program status (with ability to present complex ideas in clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups)
* Delivery – Accountability - Outcomes
You should have:
* A strong background in multi-tier testing - front end, middle tier and backend - web and mobile applications
* Understanding of Automation testing and good understanding on dev-ops tools and concepts including CI/CD
* Experience in developing test strategy, test planning, scheduling, allocation of test engineers to programs, ensuring test environment availability, communication of test status and networking to coordinate test activities
* Strong experience leading large testing teams to ensure the deliverables meet the project requirements and the specified quality and timeline parameter.
* Background in leading and delivering end to end testing in multiple projects.
