Our client, a reputable Financial Planning company based in Dublin City Centre, is looking to add a Protection Administrator to their growing team.

The Role:
* Provide Administration Support to a team of Financial Advisors.
* Provide assistance to our customers through the protection process from submission to inception.
* Data entry.
* Managing client queries.
* Managing pipeline.
* General administration duties.
* Manage follow-up via phone calls and emails.
About You:
* At least 1+ years' experience in an administration role dealing with protection submission and application documents.
* Experience dealing with multiple providers' submission processes is desirable.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
* Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking.
* Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, and use of CRM systems.
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels on a day-to-day basis.
