Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and implement a clear strategic vision ensuring person-centred service delivery.
* Oversee strategic plan execution and report progress to the Board.
* Maintain strong relationships with funders, families, policymakers, and the community.
* Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management processes.
* Represent St. Aidan's Services at national and regional levels.
Service & Organisational Development
* Lead service planning and development aligned with best practices and evolving sector trends.
* Built a high-performing, values-driven workforce.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence.
Operational & Financial Management
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality assurance standards (HIQA, HSE, etc.).
* Advocate for individuals' rights and well-being while delivering high-quality outcomes.
* Manage resources efficiently to deliver sustainable services.
* Proactively oversee risk management, safeguarding, and organisational reputation.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
* 5+ years senior management experience in social care-related sectors.
* A relevant Degree in Health or Social Care.
* Strong ability to empower individuals, promoting independence and person-centred decision-making.
* Experience as a Person-In-Charge at a community level.

Additional Requirements
* Flexibility to be available outside standard office hours when required.
* Garda Vetting clearance.
* Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
