Life Sciences Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Life Sciences Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment delivery team, supporting our clients across various Life Sciences programs.
This role focuses on driving delivery and building relationships with our Life Science clients, ensuring timely talent acquisition while maintaining a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a network of candidate and client contacts.
* Increase hires across departments for our clients by building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business units.
* Source and qualify candidates for client positions.
* Meet or exceed target KPIs.
* Qualify candidates to meet job requirements, confirming availability, capability/fit, and interest.
* Support and influence candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
* Develop, maintain, and manage client contacts.
* Demonstrate strong client development and relationship activity, including attending networking events and researching marketing opportunities.
* Take ownership of personal and professional development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues from the department and wider organization.
* Provide coaching and mentoring support to Talent Partners and other consultants.
* Lead by example, ensuring Cpl best practices and Core Values are demonstrated at all times.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry sector and/or functional area.
* Enter candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the Candidate Management System is up-to-date and of high quality.
* Ensure a positive contribution to social media platforms to drive networking, candidate identification, develop client relations, and raise personal and company brand awareness.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of life sciences/engineering recruiting experience.
* Qualify and/or disqualify candidates to present the best resources to our life sciences clients.
* Recruit a wide variety of exciting skill sets for our established and new clients.
* Work in a synergistic work environment while recruiting active and passive candidates using state-of-the-art recruiting tools and job boards.
* Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of meeting delivery SLAs & KPIs.
* Proven stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
