We are seeking a Customer Support Agent (Student or candidate on sabbatical leave) to join our team.
This position is based at our office in Roskilde, where we develop technical solutions crucial for Denmark's financial infrastructure.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with operations and developers to ensure stable functionality across BEC systems.
* Provide expert support for net- and mobile-banking services/apps.
* Contribute to team-based knowledge sharing.
To Succeed You Will Have:
* A basic understanding of IT systems, apps, and net banking.
* Fluent communication in Danish and English both orally and in writing.
* The ability to handle assignments within deadlines.
* An adaptable work mindset.
* A desire to deliver exceptional support experiences and radiate positive energy through the phone.
* A team player attitude.
We offer flexible working hours between 08:00 and 22:00, requiring shift flexibility.
Prior experience in user interaction and IT is preferred, along with a High School level education.
This role is primarily suited for students who possess a valid student card. Alternatively, candidates on sabbatical leave will also be considered.
You will collaborate with colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, requiring some fluency in English.
