Claims Quality Assurance Analyst
The Claims Quality Assurance Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring claims handling procedures are executed in compliance with SLAs, best practices, and internal policies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate claims handling procedures to ensure compliance with best practice, regulatory requirements, and Service Legal Agreements.
* Identify and share best practices to standardize procedures, improve consistency, and enhance claims handling efficiency.
* Conduct audits, analyse data, and generate reports to drive continuous process improvement and reduce errors or Claims Leakage.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers on system enhancements, user testing, and process updates to improve claims efficiency.
* Manage complaint logs, ensuring timely resolution and supporting regulatory compliance, including audits and adherence to industry standards.
* Develop and maintain quality procedures, supporting training initiatives and following up on corrective actions to drive performance improvements.
About You:
We are seeking a CIP-qualified individual with experience in claims within the General Insurance Industry, ideally in a quality assurance role. Your strong knowledge of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Motor, and Property claims, including regulatory and operational requirements, is essential.
