To drive our growth and better serve our clients, we are looking for individuals who can develop and execute customer sales campaigns, drive revenue, and convert new business opportunities.
You will work closely with our clients' key accounts, helping us understand their needs, develop product forecast models, and deliver a strong overall customer experience. The Strategic Account Manager reports to the Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
• Drive organic revenue growth within assigned customer segments through multi-faceted engagements, including face-to-face, phone, and web-based platforms
• Establish new customer relationships through prospecting and sales efforts
• Direct customer order forecasts to ensure assigned customer segments meet projections
• Optimize service levels to ensure a strong customer experience
• Collaborate effectively across functional teams to ensure KPIs are met
• Perform territory analysis, anticipating customer needs, and recommending solutions
• Utilize CRM platforms to capture customer-related data and daily activities
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM disciplines or Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or relevant work experience in a technical field
• 5+ years of proven experience in business sales, business development, or account management
• Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, creativity, and drive to succeed
• Strong team player, motivated, and customer-centric
• Solid negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer management and pipeline development
• Effective organizational skills
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
• Professional experience selling in a B2B environment
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth
• Experienced in using customer relationship management software
• Microsoft suite proficiency
