This is a challenging and fulfilling opportunity, working on large scale integrations and the opportunity to develop your range of PMI Finance skills significantly. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the integration of financial systems and processes during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities. This role requires knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, financial controls and project management methodologies.About the role:Integration Planning and Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and systems.Identify potential integration risks and develop mitigation strategies.System Analysis and Design:Analyse existing financial systems and processes to identify integration requirements.Design and configure financial systems to meet integration objectives.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Project Management:Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion.Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users during and after integration.About you:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, PMP, PRINCE2 are highly desirable.Extensive experience in finance integration, financial systems implementation, or related roles.Proven track record of managing complex integration projects.Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).Understanding of accounting principles, controls and financial reporting.Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
