We are now inviting applications for the position of Senior Product Manager in the Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland Digital Product Management Team.
This position is located in the Republic of Ireland, we have offices in Dublin and Cork.
Responsibilities:
Insights Driven: You are uncompromisingly customer focused. You use customer insight to ensure a deep understanding of our customers’ problems, define the correct priorities to tackle and create a clear brief. Analytically, you use data to inform decision-making and uncover new product opportunities. You understand the competitive landscape and industry trends and use this understanding to identify sustainable competitive advantages.
Execute: You start with the problem, always. You have a stubborn focus on understanding, refining and articulating the problem (or opportunity) your team is solving. You ensure the team around you is oriented around the problem and able to explain it too. You ship the whole customer experience, collaborating with UX, marketing, sales, customer service etc. You identify the biggest assumptions and risks to build clear hypotheses for learning.
Outcomes: You drive a consistent shipping cadence. You hold yourself accountable to the customer and business impact of your work.
Strategic: You set strategy and influence others to think big about where we are headed and how we will get there. You are responsible for roadmap creation and driving alignment across teams & stakeholders.
Leader: You inspire and motivate others to work towards a clear, compelling vision. You build engaged, high-performing collaborative and inclusive teams. You thrive in ambiguity and create clarity for those around you.
Minimum Requirements:
A third level qualification in IT, Product Management or equivalent.
A minimum of 5+ years relevant user experience in mobile and web applications in a Digital Commerce/Retail environment with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in previous digital projects. This role is specifically focused in Instore Technology domain – customer ordering, engagement and checkout. Instore technology experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS, etc.).
Experience of working in agile teams.
Experience managing external agencies and internal teams, passionate about customer experience and making life simpler with technology.
Skilled in project management, with an ability to deliver to tight deadlines while ensuring customer needs are not forgotten.
Excellent communication skills facilitating the building of strong cross-functional relationships.
Strong influencer who can deliver at pace and manage stakeholders from a non-technology background.
A full Irish drivers license and own transport.
