HSS Hire Ireland Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Procurement Administrator to join our Operations team in Greenogue, Dublin.
Within this role you will be instrumental in driving the procurement of a wide variety of products and services for the business.
This role is ideal for an organised administrator with a keen eye for detail.

Overview Working as an integral part of the Operations Department you will be responsible for supporting procurement activity for the company across all forms of product and indirect categories.
This will involve supporting day to day procurement activity including liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders, managing inbound requests and raising purchase orders.
The role also has responsibility for supplier communication across many areas including CSR and ensuring our suppliers are adhering to our CSR standards, audit processes and terms and conditions.
As a key internal service provider, you will pro-actively and confidently deal with a wide range of issues, and deliver commercial, customer facing solutions as the need arises in support of all colleagues and customers.

Successfully maintain and develop relationships with suppliers in support of company objectives.
Ensuring priorities and key deadlines are met.
Process material requisitions and core business purchases in a timely and efficient manner ensuring that the authorisation protocol is followed.
Make sure communication lines are upheld throughout the process.
Ensure internal systems are updated with correct pricing information continuously.
The candidate will have responsibility of ensuring we are adhering to and maintaining customs compliance.
Completing commercial invoices for internal movements, ensuring Commodity Tariff Codes, Country of Origins and Commodity Valuations are correct.
Confidently liaising with Suppliers, Customs clearance agents and internal customers via email and telephone.
Personal Characteristics You are organised and methodical with a keen attention to detail.
Possessing some or all of the following characteristics is desirable: Previous experience of purchase order processing systems Numerate and in experience of Microsoft Office applications An ability to use verbal and written communication clearly and accurately Must be able to work to tight deadlines and priorities effectively Colleague must be organised and have great attention to detail.
