Job Description:

This organisation is going through significant growth and now requires an HR Business Partner to join the team in this newly created role.
About the Role:
* Partner with senior business leaders across the organisation to implement people initiatives.
* Provide excellent support and coaching to all managers and employees.
You will be responsible for managing the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, promoting a positive workplace culture, employee wellbeing and engagement, as well as providing advice and guidance on people-related matters.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a human resources role with strategic and operational level expertise.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, NI legislation and regulations.
* Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* IT proficient with excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
