Key Responsibilities: Ordering and receiving materials, ensuring accurate stock records.
Conducting stocktakes and maintaining inventory control.
Generating contract and yard sales invoices efficiently.
Assisting yard customers, ensuring excellent service and support.
Preparing and issuing written and verbal quotations to customers.
Handling incoming calls, logging queries, and providing accurate information.
Performing general office duties, including record-keeping and administrative support.
Maintaining health and safety standards within the store and yard.
Providing operational support to the Area Fencing Manager as needed.
Skills & Experience Required: Forklift experience (certification is an advantage).
Basic computer skills for invoicing, stock control, and administration.
Prior agriculture sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
