We are currently seeking a Customer Success Agent to work remotely for a team based in Dublin.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
* Provide exceptional customer support by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement solutions.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for the customer and drive product improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Prior experience in a customer service role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
* Proficiency in utilizing customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
