Job Summary
Lead and implement improvement projects across various areas, utilizing lean six sigma tools to enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, improve product quality, decrease costs, and ensure safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute improvement initiatives in efficiency, scrap reduction, product quality, cost reduction, and safety enhancement.
* Champion the use of lean six sigma tools in technical transfers and continuous improvement of commercial products.
* Lead raw material change activities and support product data collection systems.
* Investigate process, product, and quality issues using Root Cause Analysis methodology.
* Initiate, coordinate, and complete capital and process development projects within membrane manufacturing plants.
* Lead and coordinate risk mitigation initiatives, such as FMEA and risk assessments.
* Support plant BOMs and COR systems management and develop expertise in Oracle/SAP.
* Develop process documentation and procedures, and support various groups to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
* Stay updated on membrane technology through journals, patents, and networking with experts.
* Ensure compliance with GMP and safety rules on new and existing equipment.
