Position: German Client Services Administrator
Location: Dublin City (20 minutes from the City + free parking and on luas & train line)
Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 + Pension, Healthcare, Travel Allowance
Type: Permanent Full-Time
Working Model: Hybrid working model, 2 days in office + 3 days WFH
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday (Start from 7am – 10am) + 40 hour week
Responsibilities of the Role:
* Delivering great quality service to all clients & customers.
* Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention in line with company standards.
* Day-to-day client expense resolution in an effective and timely manner.
* Ensuring that all correspondence is quickly processed.
* Working towards Service Level Agreements ensuring clients’ and customers’ expectations are met promptly.
* Coordination of correspondence with customers via online systems alerting them of the status of their queries and the outcome.
* Strong record management with good attention to detail and managing a system where files can be accessed quickly when required.
* Generating reports for relevant departments across the business.
* Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements for the Role:
* Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
* A strong team player with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
* Possess a high level of written and verbal communication ability.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
