The Role
My client, one of Ireland's leading footwear retailers, is urgently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team based in Roscommon. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid option available after training; travel is also required. Candidates must have a full clean driver's license with access to their own vehicle as travel is required for this position.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving both online and in-store marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and foster customer engagement.
Tasks & Duties
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand across online and in-store channels.
* Coordinate with store managers to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with store objectives.
* Create and manage engaging social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels.
* Oversee relationships with third-party agencies, including design, PR, and digital agencies, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* Third Level Marketing or Digital Qualification.
* 3+ years' experience in a Digital Marketing Role.
* Strong budget management skills and ability to drive cost-effective marketing initiatives.
* Proven experience in retail marketing, with a focus on both online and in-store channels.
* Proficient in executing compelling social media campaigns with high engagement rates.
* Experience managing relationships with third-party agencies and vendors.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
* A full clean license and own vehicle is essential to this role.
* Candidates must currently reside locally with full working rights.
