Key Responsibilities: Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Answer and direct calls and emails efficiently.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Maintain office supplies and assist with scheduling.
Requirements: Previous receptionist or office administration experience is essential.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
