You'll join our Agency Relationship team reporting to the Sr Manager of Agency Account Management. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, educating, empowering, and building deep partnerships with our agency partners. You'll act as the voice of AdRoll within agencies and the voice of agencies within AdRoll. You can be instrumental in providing consultative value to our agencies by helping to achieve their clients' marketing goals through the adoption of the AdRoll product suite. You will focus on cultivating relationships to grow new and existing agencies and find new clients within existing agencies.
This role is open in Dublin. The impact you'll make:Lead and grow your agency portfolio: Manage a dynamic portfolio of AdRoll agencies, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling, retaining accounts, and pitching new opportunities to deepen agency partnerships.Be a trusted advisor: Build strong, consultative relationships with agency partners, offering strategic marketing insights to help them maximize the value of AdRoll's platform for their clients.Collaborate for success: Work hand-in-hand with the New Business Sales team to onboard new agencies and nurture those relationships into long-term partnerships.Drive campaign excellence: Partner with internal teams across Product, Creative Services, Optimization, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Support to deliver top-notch advertising campaigns that achieve client goals.Empower and educate: Facilitate engaging onsite presentations and workshops with key agency partners to strengthen relationships, inspire platform adoption, and empower media buyers to excel.Champion agency success: Build relationships at every level within partnered agencies—from senior leadership to client-facing teams—while advocating for client needs across internal Product and Billing teams.Skills you'll bring:Extensive account management expertise: 5+ years of experience managing high-value accounts or agency partnerships, with a proven ability to drive growth and deliver exceptional results in the advertising or marketing technology space.Strategic thinker with a consultative approach: Adept at understanding agency needs, aligning them with platform capabilities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client objectives.Exceptional communication and presentation skills: Ability to effectively lead both virtual and in-person meetings, training sessions, and presentations with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.Data-driven decision-maker: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, create actionable insights, and leverage tools like Salesforce to drive success.Expert in digital marketing trends: Deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, social, and cross-channel strategies, with a passion for staying ahead of industry developments.Collaborative team leader: Skilled in building strong internal and external relationships, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and acting as a trusted partner to drive shared goals.This role requires occasional travel to meet with clients (approximately 1-2 times per quarter)Benefits and perks:Great salary, equity, and fully covered medicalOne month of paid time off and work/life balanceAmple opportunities to volunteer with local organizations with NextRoll Gives BackFor additional benefits not mentioned, visit our Careers pageAbout NextRoll:NextRoll is a marketing technology company delivering products ambitious marketers use and rely on to grow their businesses.
