The role is Hybrid and the candidate must have Engineering or Data Science experience for 3+ years.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREDPartner with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.Influence and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy.Develop and maintain a strong relevant candidate pipeline.Attract talent through effective sourcing techniques.Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.Manage live roles from initial intake to delivery.Daily use of sourcing tools and ATS.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED3+ years' full lifecycle Engineering or Data Science recruiting experience.In-house or Agency recruitment experience required.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.If this sounds like a role you would be interested in, please email your CV to ******.
