Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision and attention to detail.
* Contribute ideas to menu planning and bring creativity to daily specials.
* Implement stock control and rotation procedures.
* Maintain excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, implementing and monitoring the HACCP system.
* Control costs and minimize waste.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
* A valid work permit with accompanying documentation.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Organized with exceptional attention to detail.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
* Willingsness to adapt to flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
