Job Description
Looking for a junior administrator for a part-time hybrid role based in Dublin North. Candidates should have at least one year experience in an administration position and open to a one year contract
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication with the public & customers
2. Processing invoices
3. Documentation administration
4. Updating the internal database
5. Reporting to project manager on daily basis
6. Compiling reports for internal teams
7. Mailbox Management e.g., providing information & responding to queries
8. Event Management - organising company conferences etc.
9. Stock Management - ordering office supplies and equipment when necessary
10. Front of House - greeting visitors as they arrive
11. Liaison with colleagues and provide administrative support to them if neede
Requirements:
12. 1 year prior experience in an admin related role
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills
14. Self- motivated and be able to work on your own initiative
15. Good time management skills
16. Adaptability - orle requires wide range of duties and skills so must be able to prioritise and adjust to frequent changes in requirements
17. Exceptional computer skills - high proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
18. Organisational Skills- Capacity and determination to deliver results within timeframe
