About the Client
Our client, a major provider of engineering & technical services to the multinational manufacturing sector in Ireland, is expanding their HR team. They have engaged us at Cpl to recruit an experienced HR Specialist to join their HR team.
The Job

Responsibilities:
* Be a key member of the HR team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
* Handle a wide range of HR duties and projects across the site, including employee engagement, query resolution, T&A reporting, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment campaigns, onboarding new hires, overseeing training and L&D programs, HR metrics/data reporting, and supporting the HR Manager and leadership teams with HR needs and projects.
Your Skills and Experience
* Third-level degree in HR or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience.
* Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
* Strong IT, data analysis, and HR reporting skills.
* Own transport is required due to the rural location on the Limerick/Cork border.
The Offer
This is a permanent position. Salary will depend on skills and experience, typically ranging from €45,000 to €50,000 for more experienced candidates.
The role is initially fully office-based, with the possibility of one day remote work once fully onboarded.
Candidates with restricted visas or work permits will not be considered.
